The 50th TALCAR began with a tearful address from the Rallyemaster where he returned everyone’s entry fee as a gift for the monumental occasion. The weather was gorgeous for Matt and Bill’s beautiful and challenging route. Congratulations to repeat champions Greg and Jacki Spry for taking home the cup!
